- Our services are billed with a minimum of 2 hours, which includes travel time to and from the nearest field office (Everett, Renton, Seattle, Tacoma, Eugene, or Portland).
- For emergency services, an overtime rate applies, and after-hours and weekend services are subject to a double-time rate with a minimum of 4 hours.
- Any travel exceeding 100 miles will be billed at the standard 2023 IRS mileage reimbursement rate of $0.655 per mile.
